What is an eze3pod?

How will my phone mount on the eze3pod?

The eze3pod includes a magnetic phone mount attachment that provides a 360° rotation for easy angle adjustment for your shots. If your phone has a magnetic back or case, you can use the magnetic mount as is. Otherwise, the package includes a metal ring that you can attach adhesively to your phone.
How do I switch from the legs to the spike?

The eze3pod features an easy screw-in system to customize your recording setup. You can easily attach the spike or legs to the bottom of the main pod without requiring any tools.
How do you extend the eze3pod?

The eze3pod can extend vertically up to about 4 feet. To extend it, pull it up and it will securely lock in place. Initially, it may require some effort to pull it up, but it will become easier with use.
The legs seem to be loose. How do I fix it?

If the leg attachment of the eze3pod becomes too loose, you can easily tighten it with the Allen wrench included in the package.
How do I use the eze3pod spike?

When using the eze3pod outdoors with the spike, it is advisable to firmly stick it to the ground while the pod is collapsed. Ensure that your phone is not mounted to reduce the risk of it falling off.
Can I use the legs outdoors?

Feel free to utilize the eze3pod as desired. The legs are best suited for use on even surfaces, whether indoors or outdoors. If using the legs outdoors, ensure that the ground is sufficiently level for stability.
How well does it withstand the wind?

The eze3pod is capable of withstanding wind quite well, although its resistance depends on the strength of the wind. Typically, it can endure light breezes and gusts. For enhanced stability, it is advisable to use the spike and firmly secure it into the ground.
How portable is the eze3pod?

The eze3pod is highly portable, weighing only 1 lb. It increases to around 1.5 lbs when all the parts are included and placed in the provided drawstring bag.
What are the dimensions of the eze3pod?

With the legs attached: Collapsed: 20.5" x 1" x 1" Extended: 52.5" (fully extended) Weight: 0.95 lbs. With the spike attached: Collapsed: 21" x 1" x 1" Extended: 53" (fully extended) Weight: 0.85 lbs.
Can I bring my eze3pod to a flight?

Certainly! The item is TSA-approved as long as it is packed in your checked baggage.
Do you ship interantionally?

Yes, we ship to most locations, but shipping costs will be added at checkout.
Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, expedited shipping will incur additional costs.
Can I return the product?

If you are unsatisfied with the product, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee applies. Your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@eze3pod.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we will not accept or refund items sent back without prior approval.
Did your order get damaged during shipping?

In the event that your eze3pod incurred damage during the shipping process, we kindly request that you provide us with a photo of the damage. This will enable us to thoroughly assess the situation and replace the affected part(s) promptly. We respectfully ask that you refrain from using the product before capturing a photo of the damage, as this may impact our ability to process a replacement for you.
